Mykal Landry
Founder | INSPECTRA Quality & Operations Consulting
My background is built from hands-on experience in both Quality Management and Production Management within cosmetic manufacturing. I've worked directly in the day-to-day reality of manufacturing — managing production teams, building quality systems, developing SOPs and work instructions, troubleshooting production issues, preparing operations for audits, managing CAPAs and deviations, supporting supplier and component issues, and helping products move from components and bulk through production and finished goods.
One of the experiences I'm most proud of is helping lead a cosmetic manufacturing operation through the ISO 22716 certification process, while building and strengthening the quality systems needed to support compliant, organized manufacturing.
But what really drives INSPECTRA is simple: I'm a problem solver and a go-getter. When I see a gap, I don't like leaving it there. I ask questions, dig into the problem, organize the information, communicate with the right people, and work toward a practical solution. Whether you're a growing cosmetic brand, TikTok Shop seller, startup, or manufacturer, my goal is to help you build stronger systems behind the product you're putting your name on.
